Interviewers are not improvised and know how to extract the needed information from you without making the interview process more stressful than necessary. This makes a much, much smoother experience than other tech companies. We all know how stressful the interviewing process can be, not need to make it more stressful than what it should be with improvised, inexperienced interviewers or surprise tests.
