      the team is competent but the leaders are not too expert

      not a lot of communication is shared between the department, last-minute changes, and RIF, a very bad organization

      So many documents are so outdated that they present to customers They lied about no more lay-offs. They say they wish they did not have to lay off 2000+ employees in 10 months when they said they would not be doing this again.

      Individuals and lower level teams are all wonderful

      Cons

      Execs are focused on revenue growth above all else Communication between teams, departments and upper managers is dire Arbitrary widely affecting decisions are made from the top down with no consideration of or discussion with lower level workers Constantly chasing the current nonsense trend (e.g. blockchain; metaverse; “AI”) at the expense of more useful and realistic projects Understanding or recognition of what other teams do is woeful Huge portions of the company know literally nothing about games
