      * great company culture * great user community * great clients to work with

      Cons

      * PTO shift the gear towards profit. Old spirit is lost in great parts * lesser focus on games core business sends bad signals to user base * recent layoffs

      great people, but not at management level

      Cons

      unless you are in the US, carrier oportunities are 0. Company pretend good life work ballance , but you have the CEO sending emails on Sunday. All to succeed is to be in the US and take credit for the things. Management is totally disconected with the company and they have 0 understanding of what the company / the people stand for.
