      The company is laying people off for the last year , reorgs are happening every 6 months and product team has a lot of gaps

      Pros

      Some offices have a free lunch. Lots of free t-shirts and coffee cups. A few competent people have managed to get into critical roles and have kept the company from going out of business completely.

      Cons

      Endless dysfunction. Incompetent board. Incompetent C-level. Incompetent people hired all their incompetent friends to rake in stock compensation and plunder the company, leaving it a broken shell that demonstrates public disdain for its customers.

      Pros

      Previous C-level lineup was a joke, years of awful decisions, bad management and zero accountability. New leadership seems more humble, sets realistic goals and is more execution-driven.

      Cons

      Even after the 25% reduction in force, the company is still bloated. This company is the poster child of identity politics and Woke culture.
