      Pros

      There are a ton of brilliant people at Unilever and always an opportunity to learn. If you are on the right team there's potential to grow.

      Cons

      Customers are prioritized over consumers. Restructures are performed without forethought and the company has been known to eliminate top talent.

      Reasonable pay and benefits The myriad of 3rd party vendors were very helpful

      It is no coincidence that there are a number of negative reviews about Unilever International (UI). A toxic subculture exists at UI, that (I've been told) is at odds to that of the other Unilever business units. This culture is driven primarily from the top and reverberates through the entire team. Understandably, this has contributed to the very high attrition rate within this group. I'm a seasoned professional and I admit I was blindsided by this behaviour, never having experienced anything quite like it in my career. It eventually impacted my life outside of work, but I would be the most concerned about those team members who may be struggling with their mental health and wellbeing going through this experience.

      Pros

      Worked on Walls Account for Leisure destinations via McCurrach. You get to visit a nice range of customers , including attractions etc

      Cons

      Bullying by UNILEVER Manager common place and only McCurrach Management had any professional standards. Unilever Managers are Account handlers trying to manage teams with no skill or training in Management.
