Pros

Salary, benefits / perks are good. Quality products, for which a solid reputation.

Cons

In my opinion: bullying, racism, a lack of tolerance, diversity, support; inflated ego, gaslighting and micromanaging all made known and not dealt with. Some management - toxic. Support for good mental health - lacking. HR covered for senior management in view of the above.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Hybrid working for some people

Cons

Bullying, gaslighting, ridiculous expectations. Favourites. Drunk driving management SLT. Senior team have run site into the ground. HR tick boxes. Striping a lot of staff of self worth. No support for sick if they can get away with it

Pros

Central London location - note they are now leaving

Cons

No career progression or training and toxic culture. Our team's directors and vice president discussed the low scores in our team on team culture and did nothing to address them (12 months on). Diversity and inclusion - they just re-jigged their senior stakeholders, vast majority old white men. The majority of managers and below are women.
