Pros

Unilever is a company that is passionate about its products, its consumers, and its people. The level of responsibility one is entrusted with when starting at the company is quite impressive, and the learning experience through Unilever's rotational structure can't be beat.

Cons

As an incoming assistant or associate without your MBA, Unilever's compensation package isn't anything to brag about. If financial compensation is one of your most important factors when considering a company, make sure you have your MBA.

Pros

flexible working hours including summer hours, provide employees with many charitable and community activities, etc

Cons

promotion has a favor color, plus the re-org has been going for years and that impacts the career path and growth significantly. Actually there is a job-cut each year because of the changes since I joined the company
