      relations between employees are very sincere. benefit package is really satisfactory. a company that you are really proud of. work-life balance meets the expectations.

      Cons

      the major problem is that performance can be measured emotionally by the managers. your sales record may be hindered by the emotional reactions if your manager.

      Pros

      Unilever treats their employees very well. They provide a great work environment and many opportunities for growth. They are active in the community and encourage employees to be so as well. I would highly recommend Unilever.

      Cons

      Unilver seems to go through constant change. This provides great opportunities for those that can mange change well but this can be difficult for some to deal with.
