Pros

The best reason to work is probably the above than pay amongst other professionals in the FMCG industry. Training & development is also highly encouraged.

Cons

Very hierarchical and seniority almost always trumps any good idea or initiative. Restructuring caused many people their jobs, some after serving for 10+ years.

Pros

Great people. Great products. For employees in the core business (trade marketing, category management) - a lot of oppotunities to learn and move between locations, positions and products.

Cons

A lot of restructuring happened over the years. Brands being bought and sold with people fired. Would rather hire a stranger than promote from within.
