Pros

Multinational Company, having lots of chance to improve yourself by joining to training programmes, but if you can agree with your line manager regional roles may create some good opportunities to have experience of working with different cultures and making some benchmark studies

Cons

Relatationship management is much more important then performance in the case of promotions that's why senior level doesn't have enoguh and necessray competincies
