Social/corporate responsibility Work life balance respected Thorough research department, will make sure credible science is done and products do what they are claimed to do

Cons

restructuring and reorganizing in Foods R&D has been so frequent in recent years, that much opf the personel has become demotivated very internal look, "we are the best" feeling, often not realistic Can be very bureaucratic

Pros

It has a good trainning ground where one is exposed to the realities of workplace early in their career giving them an upperhand in the future...........

Cons

People spend alot more time to trying to know what is going on in other peoples life instead of concentrating on their work!

Pros

Unilever employees are down to earth, and actually care about the work they do. Overall, the company stresses ethics, and tries to make the workplace feel small in your individual responsibilities, but yet linked to a huge multinational resource.

Cons

Some of the work I was assigned was routine, and not the most challenging. Additionally, I felt like there were not many outlets for new ideas.
