Pros

There are no longer any good reasons to work at Unilever, Crumlin, Wales, UK unless you have already invested many years of your work life there in the hope of a redundancy package.

Cons

Repeating looming redundancies (currently ongoing) Constant interrupted breaks Pay not matching overtime hours worked Frequently ignored emails from management Product being shipped overseas and expanded to various countries due to Brexit. Higher paid positions given to external candidates rather than existing employees. Complete lack of organisation within management division. Complete lack of training and investment due to “winding down” of business.
