Pros

The pay and benefits are very competitive. New fathers get 4 weeks of paid paternity leave.

Cons

Work is disorganized and stressful. I feel we are constantly moving from one firefight to the next. If advancement is your goal be prepared to put in long hours to get there.

Pros

Nothing is good about this company. They took all the good things away, like christmas parties, staff discounts on products, everything. They always lie and say they dont make money every year, let alone every year they purchase another product from another company to add to their profile.

Cons

Leadership is terrible. They have this mentallity of reaping all the money in the world, and they cant seem to comprehend that it will never happen. Little space for career advancement. Once your in a position, they basically try and hold you there so they can hire people from outside of the company for less money, then what they would be giving you if you were to get the new/higher position.

Awful Culture

Pros

It's a secure job, but that's where it ends.

Cons

There's minimal support for staff here. No true training or mentoring with a lot of politics taking place on who gets promoted and who doesn't. Management overload you with work with no training and simply tell you to get on with it. The culture is to work till 9/10 most nights and that it is expected of you to get your work done regardless of how long it will take you. If you tell management you have too much on, they will simply tell you that you don't and it's your job role and it's expected to be done with no pushbacks. The UFLPs (grads) are worked hard but also given presidency over other staff who want to develop their career, which is ultimately unfair.
