Pros

Flight benefits and the perks that are offered. For the perks you have to find them your self and on your own time.

Cons

Management inexperienced, they will hire anything with a pulse, sexual harassment and nothing done about it - even management participates in this. Calling HR usually results in retaliation even though they promise it won't. They consider themselves an equal opportunity workplace but they're far from it. Discrimination is one of the worst. The job as a whole though isn't bad its usually just cliques in the workplace and management.

Pros

Being able to fly for free but it does have it's down sides. Discounts on hotels, travel packages and other companies i.e. AT&T, Verizon.

Cons

You might be able to fly for free but you fly standby all the time. That means if there is a seat available to you then you might be able to get on unless someone else has a older seniority than you in that case you could be stuck at the airport unless you find another way to get where you want to go. Also the communication between corporate, the station managers and to the employees is horrible. The also like to micro-manage.

Pros

Flight benefits - if you can find the time and if you can find a seat.

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry (not a living wage). (Delta Airlines created DGS to bust the union and cut costs = more money for CEO Dick Anderson) Unaffordable health care for family. No training. Old, unsafe equipment. High turnover. Erratic schedule. Clueless/incompetent local management, clueless, cut-throat upper management. Anyone who's worth a d@mn gets out of DGS as soon as they can.
