You get to fly for free!! If you get the time off, find the open seats to where you want to go, and make sure you can get back. So in a nut shell there is not that many positives to the company.

Cons

Awful pay. $8.50 hr Constantly in the elements no matter what the case may be. Hard hours to get used to 4am start time Extremely understaffed. Caused accidents and rushing.

Just a job to hold you down until something else better comes along.

The Richmond Va. Branch of DGS is a horrible company to work for. It's not considered a pub so basically they try to work the living hell out of you for low pay. The amount of money they pay for the amount of work you do is ridiculous. Especially when you have other airlines in the air port who have nowhere as many flights as delta and still get paid a dollar or 2 more.
