Meeting new people from all over the world. I get to travel for free and tons of discounts. Was able to get discounts on my products and events.

Cons

Pay is horrible for the work environment No advancement Employees feel unappreciated, overworked, and EXTREMELY under paid Doesn't care about being a student Management is POOR They can care less about your personal life FAR from "Team work" Supervisors are selfish Had to purchase my own uniform and was not reimbursed They've lied about pay and raises Equipment doesn't work Train when they feel like it Loses employees quickly (revolving door) Lack of motivation.
