Pros

Long breaks, flight benefits, fun co-workers, airplanes are fun, Pretty laid back job

Cons

Too many management positions, drama, bid schedule, no vacation time, terrible pay, bare minimum uniforms, low standby code (1 level above buddy), don't make plans for after work because you more than likely won't be off at your scheduled time.

Worst company ever!

Pros

You can fly free if there is a open seat available and you saved up enough money to survive once you arrive at your destination.

Cons

Extremely low pay for work required!!! Can't even make enough money to fly anywhere unless you have a second job!
