You get attendance incentives of $3 per hour if you dont miss any days or be late on your shift for that week Fly standby with Delta and Alaska 4 day work week

Cons

No growth Favoritism in the workplace inconsistent policies They get rid of you quickly No equipments provided thats useful Unqualified management
