Benefits – Comprehensive health benefits, Flight Benefits, retirement plans, and other perks like wellness programs. Leadership is Approachable – Management is open to feedback and approachable when it comes to discussing concerns. Supportive Team Environment – The team is collaborative, and colleagues are always willing to help. Positive Work Environment – The company maintains a healthy work atmosphere that values diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Limited Work-Life Balance – Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming due to delays and schedule flight change, leading to long hours or stress. Heavy Workload – Employees may feel overworked, especially in peak times of travel spring and summer break seasons. Medium to low payrate which leads to a significant turnover rate.

Pros

UNIFI cares about their employees and it is reflected by the leadership team down to the frontline. With this in mind, the customers see the reflection of the support through our successes and hard work. It has been a very positive employee/work experience, and with how new the operation is in YYC there is always room to improve and solidify the foundation.
