The flight benefits (which have horrible sonority/priority) are not worth it, I PROMISE

Cons

- Barley make flights non-rev because the priority is so bad - Mainline Delta retirees have more priority than active workers - Pay is so bad, I can't believe Delta would even allow this!! Also you top out at $1 more than what you start at after TWO YEARS! - Work WAY to hard for the RIDICULOUS pay we receive - Company does not work with you at all - Took away all bonuses - Show no consideration to their employees - ATL DELTA MAINLINE AGENTS are RUDE as EVER and get paid WAY more for ONE job not multiple AND we get held to a higher standard. - Really really sad

Flight benefits but only if you can get on a flight and get back!

Cons

Pay is terrible for what you have to do. Lifting bags up to 70lbs and stacking bags in planes on your knees! Management play favorites and if you're on the naughty list they will do everything to get you fired! No consistency. 1 rule for 1 and 1 rule for another! People getting away with everything while others terminated for the same things! Lazy employees. Rude employees.
