Pros

you get free flight benefits( not completely free but still nice).

Cons

this is a contract company, so you maybe jobless at any time. your starting pay is 8.50/ hr (even the janitor at the airport makes more than 10/hr). you may have shift bids every few months. you maybe asked to say over and help out a lot. you are working outside in all kinds of conditions, snow, rain, thunderstoms. it is very loud and dangerous, with all the jet engine sounds and crawling inside the belly of planes stacking 50 pound bags and gold bags, cargo eetc...

Flight Privileges are ok and just about it.

Management doesnt care about frontline employees 1 frontline employee doing work of 3 people Management cutting staff while they strike rich Defrauding Delta Airlines Supervisors just don't care, commit time fraud against the company Great way to stay poor

flight privilages, working around aircraft

Cons

running the stations on no staff to maximize profit, flights were leaving full and we kept loosing hours and help.
