      Discount Flexible schedule Awesome managers Awesome coworkers Very laid back environment Employed by a company that truly values its workers

      Cons

      I have none, except that I really really wish an Under Armour could open in Columbia, Mo. Unfortunately, though, at this point I don't see it being very beneficial for the company.

      Pros

      Great Company! They are invested in their employees and they have an excellent product line. Even if I didn't work with the company, I would only wear their brand.

      Cons

      Retail has a lot of turn around with management but if you are lucky to have a great manager than it makes working there fun.
