Pros

Under Armour has a great discount for employees (50%) and the work environment was generally upbeat and fun. The staff was very young and energetic.

Cons

While the discount is great, you are required to wear 100% UA when you work (socks/shoes/pants/shirt), which can get expensive when you work for minimum wage.

Pros

Great benefits, things are always growing and changing. People work really hard. It's a company that I'm really proud to work for.

Cons

I really don't have any cons. I love this company. I've pretty much found my soulmate of a company to work for.

Pros

Great products, facilities and location. Peers were great to work with. Not much job structure, which was a good thing for me.

Cons

The management is very disorganized. I truly think the main issue is lack of experience. The company grew very quickly and most of upper-management had their first job here and just stayed.
