Pros

Under Armour is a young, fast paced, team oriented company, where hard work is expected, but also well rewarded. One of our most impactful mantras is to think like an entrepreneur. This gives everyone from top to bottom, the opportunity (and responsibility) to make the company better! This can come in many forms, but speaking from my own experience, I've been allowed to build a team from scratch and define it's structure in, what I believe to be, an innovative way. In my 16+ years of corporate work, I can confidently say that I've never seen a culture quite like ours!

Cons

Like any young company where things are still being defined, structure and process can be a bit lacking. But those with the drive will find that this is actually a plus, as it gives plenty of opportunity for ownership and the ability to define ones own future.

Pros

Enthusiastic workers. Iconic Brand. Employee discounts on all products.

Cons

High Turnover rate in upper management means the company reorganizes itself at least once a year. It also means lack of consistency in priorities and goals. Senior leaders like to micro-manage. Frequent hiring freezes to achieve budget goals means you must pick up extra work when a co-worker leaves. However, these freezes do not limit the number of senior leaders who will be hired.

Pros

Under Armour has great benefits, best-in-class work atmosphere and is one of the up and coming brands in the world. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the organization and being relocated to different places

Cons

Work life balance is terrible. The business grew way faster than the infrastructure of the organization, so it's not only understaffed but severely affected by lack of tools to get stuff done.
