Pros

Good company and good people to work for. Supervisors show good interest in there employees that work for them. These are good people!

Cons

If you work for a temp outfit like BBSI you don't get any benifets of any kind. In addition to this, you are not given 40 hour weeks. And when you apply for the job your not told about the lose of hours. We are still working for Under Armor and this company thrives from owr hard work the same as if we were Under Armor employees. Should we be given a little more?

Pros

- UA has a Great employee discount for yourself or to purchase as gifts - Generally really nice people at headquarters - Opportunity to demonstrate value by going above and beyond

Cons

- Senior Management consists of a lot of the founder's friends that may not necessarily have the qualifications and experience required to excel in those particular roles - Can be very long work hours - Baltimore as a city isn't for everyone

Pros

Overall company has an entrepreneurial spirit with opportunity to get involved in lots of aspects of the business. Company culture is like that of a sports team which is great if you come from and enjoy that background.

Cons

Difficult to receive promotions and little clarity around skill sets required in order to reach the next level. A boy's club where inappropriate behavior is permitted and HR/management looks the other way.
