Pros

- Ability to shape a fast growing and powerful brand from the inside - Vendors become overly accommodating due to the brand clout - Discount on gear

Cons

- Underpaid, overworked - repeat - Senior leadership is always a step. - Employees fill roles and are granted responsibilities they have no business doing. - "Guaranteed" performance bonuses are not really "guaranteed" at all. - Scattered focus and snap judgments kill any promise of a successful campaign.

Pros

The product is great. It does what it says it does. The employee discount is very generous.

Cons

The upper management and retail business is still in what seems to be an infancy stage. The evolution of the retail business never seemed to grow into productive processes. The inventory management process was laughable and completely unorganized.
