Fun, but hours BLOW

50% employee discount on everything in store Great and comfortable clothes Fun environment Registers/ communicating with customers Innovative technology Growing company

Cons

Must wear all under armour attire Barely get enough hours to survive (10-14 hrs/ week) Hours are based on sales( bad sales, bad hours) low pay( better than minimum if you have some experience) managers are the only ones who get 30+ hrs/ week, and there are 4 managers in store

Pros

-I get to work with a manager who has been in the business for many years and has a wealth of knowledge and is willing to share that with me. -I get to work on product and innovate material options for each footwear category. -I have been able to travel to various material shows as well as see production in Asia.

Cons

-I am one of few with a materials background. -There are many inexperienced or unqualified people in many positions. -There is a general lack of communication and accountability on a day to day basis.
