Great leadership! From the top all the way to the bottom, every employee matters! Pay is great and room for advancement in the company is always there, as well as encouraged. I absolutely love working for this team and the store manager is the best boss I've had yet!

None! So long as you have the hunger to win and strong work ethic, this is the place for you!

The experience there was horrible. We had a manager who hated his job and an assistant manager who disliked everyone.

Pros

Everyone employed with Under Armour received a 50% discount off of everything which was nice. Everyone who was non-management was friendly and laid back.

Cons

Too many rules to follow. You pretty much have annoy the customer the whole time they are there giving them information about everything they are looking at and how the product is the best. You have to strike up conversation with every customer that comes in. JUST LET THEM SHOP!
