Pros

The 50% discount it's the only pro, which it's depressing.

Cons

>There is no to little opportunity to move up. Management's friends and family are hired quickly and get promoted fast with little or no experience about the job. >Pay is low, almost everyone it's getting pay 4-6 dollars below the standard. >Poor training, you have to learn on the job and no job description. > Poor management, poor planning and micromanagement. > Very little professionalism. Most of the employees don't know how to communicate properly, this includes radios, e-mails and one-on-one conversations. >Employee(BBSI) retention is very low because of two factors. One, UA over works their employees. They are constantly pushing them and tell them that they will get replace because they are not performing like they want them to. Second, they pay minimum wage for a warehouse job. Warehouse always pay more because it's not regular labor. > The Agency use BBSI agency which is an abusive agency that takes advantage of people. They under pay their employees and they don't manage their employees properly.

Pros

Great employee discount and great medical benefits. You get wear super comfy workout clothes to work everyday. You can get promoted from within the company.

Cons

Doesn't have a great training program for managers, need a great, comprehensive training manual. More and more micromanaging of stores, taking managers away from running their stores. Horrible pay for what's expected. An extremely profitable company, making more money every year, that isn't sharing that growth with their employees.
