Pros

The pay is better than most athletic retail stores, the environment is great (its really a family kind of enviroment you honest get to know all your co-workers personally), and the benefits are outstanding. Dress code is athletic wear so you get to wear very comfy clothes to work.

Cons

The hours are terrible and moving up in the company is really hard.
