Huge disconnect with corporate they are out of touch with what's going on with the stores Only 25% discount Not a lot of gratis Really annoying customers Don't get many hours so its not a good idea to have a nother part time job so your not struggling too much

Just a great place, ran by great people, great company. I loved it- training in one day, very thorough. decent pay. Managers were very polite and sharp- on their toes about budgeting, their employees needs, and the stores future. My manager, assistant manager, and person in charge of our team were driven, professional, kind, and spirited, loyal people. I never worked so hard that I resented it, but I was always busy and bustling about. Different opportunities based on your commitment and performance.

Lack of hours after holiday season when budget dips and builds back up.

Pros

Great pay. Great experience running a complicated business. The company is growing so fast that there a many opportunities to grow and relocate.

Cons

Don't plan on having a personal life. Things change daily and you can't keep up with all of the demands. Corporate partners and DM's have unrealistic expectations of what you can do in your 45 hours a week. Plan on working 12 hours days and six days a week in order to get it all done. Operations are ancient and a lot of time is wasted. Not enough payroll, although that is the norm in retail.
