most upper management has no clue how to run a store that also offers salon services. very rarely do the hire managers from within the store who actually know how the store should be run and instead hire people from outside who have no experience with beauty products. they are dishing out more money to train them. like someone else said don't even bother calling hr wen it comes to harassment they do nothing even when you do mention lawsuit. upper management does not care about the welfare of their employees. your hours get cut constantly partially due to bad management . you can forget about getting a raise unless you get lucky with a manager that cares who the hard workers are and then they wont last long.

the discount, it should be more...the rude customers we have from time to time, standing on your feet for long periods of time too.
