Good salary, and good professionals, fun job.

Cons

Too much to do, no clear priorities, lack of training and mentoring. You have to look for mentors, if not, no one explains what to do. Too much focus on digital acquisition and retention metrics, if they can they would invest 100% of the budget on digital media.
