Pros

pay for the lack of education.

Cons

literally everything else. the weather, the vehicles, management is the worst. there is no such thing as work life balance. they literally act like you disappear when you walk out the door and solely live to work for them. If you have kids you will literally be forced to leave them at home by themselves or receive some sort of disciplinary action.
