Pros

Pays good benefits coworkers are like family customers can be good.

Cons

Pays good but they suck every drop of life out of you for it. Benefits good if you're allowed to use them.Union are friendly with management and don't care about you only their own jobs. Heat cold bugs birds, Ema car reimbursement doesn't cover the cost of a broke down every other day vehicle the routes destroy, amazon hands off all their heaviest packages and most the small ones to usps where usps prioritizes them though they're only paying basically cents for us to deliver for them. Harassment anytime you need to be off or if your vehicle breaks down. They mess your paycheck up continuously.i can go on and on

Pros

Lots of time by yourself. Leave work at work. Work less than full time hours for full time pay. Home/Life Balance. Two retirement accounts.

Cons

Benefits are pricey and underwhelming. Salary does not keep pace with work expectations. Weak union. Too much middle management.
