Pros

The pay is higher than most jobs you fill find.

Cons

The pay is a nice amount but not worth it. The management are not properly trained. They make up rules day by day, very unorganized.

Pros

the only good things working for the post office is no supervision when out on the street and able to work lots of hours sometimes and the opportunity for lots of overtime sometimes when i don't want it or have a choice

Cons

everything bad form poor training to horrible supervisors with no experience or leadership or respect. Its seems like a good thing to make 15.30 per hour until your working lots of hours running then realize its not worth it at all.CCA's are like temps no Benefits no holiday pay have to work weekends and only take one half hour none paid lunch even when woking more than 12hours. Takes forever to become a Regular Carrier sometimes more than 9 years.
