Pros

Being a CCA can be difficult at times but really the job isnt as bad as some people make it seem ( well i guess depending on the area) most days I work 8-9hrs a day. I get some days offs other than Sundays about once or twice a month, and there is good work and life balance. Once u learn the system then u can play it just like a regular....just be smart about it.

Cons

U will have to do parts of other peoples routes alot which feel makes you feel like ur constantly picking up the slack of other ppl. Then dealing with the public and cranky customers can get very annoying as well.

Pros

The pay and working at a plant you're INDOORS!

Cons

Personally you're making a deal with the devil. I was invited in for orientation for a 360 position as a mail processing clerk. My job began in December. I was suppose to work a full year that's what I signed off on. Come January 9th I received a letter stating my seasonal position ended and I would be let go. I never applied for a seasonal position. Even my supervisor said I was not a seasonal employee he was there when I was hired. Long story short he tried to fight for me and get things straight but that did not work. I had documents to prove and it did not matter to the general manager of the plant I worked at. I left my full time job to pursue my job with usps and unfortunately I'm out of a job now over a mistake. My guess is someone processed some of my paper work wrong. The other downside is no one cared enough to help me get my job back. It's an unfortunate situation for me. Good luck to anyone who's pursuing a job with this company.
