Pros

Lots of Overtime, team work culture, people show you respect and appreciation on the streets, affordable health care insurance.

Cons

Difficult weekly schedule, lots of pressure, too much work load for an inexperienced worker,no much room for mistakes. Education degrees don't help at this point.

Pros

Lots of Overtime available especially in inclement weather. As a carrier you get overtime for anytime over 8hrs in a single work day and penalty (double-time) for anything over 10 hrs in a single day

Cons

Mandatory overtime. May work you up to 12 hours a day, daily for up to but no more than 21 days straight. may be difficult in extreme weather conditions
