Pros

Great Pay, most money I ever earned! Great Benefits, best benefits I ever received.

Cons

Constantly told that Postal Service would be eliminating my craft (Clerk craft). They finally offered me a buyout after almost 27 years. Treated like a number not a person.

Pros

The pay is actually decent enough, there's no formal attire needed except some good sturdy shoes. If you know someone and it's not during peak season, you may actually be asked to stay on long term.

Cons

Casual mail-handler is not an easy job, be prepared to work. Especially if you are hired to work during the busiest time of the year: November-January aka the holiday season. Whether you have been assigned to work in the main building or a temporary warehouse, after 10 hours standing up moving heavy boxes you will be running home to your bed.

Pros

Good Pay, enjoyable co workers, and easy learning process.

Cons

help was slim to none, management slacked on employee needs, and their safety.
