Pros

Its an manual labor job but it was interesting. Good people to work with and see the process.

Cons

Management was not "People-centric" only cared for the process and succeed at any costs.

Pros

Stability once REGULAR, PAY is good

Cons

Management throughout the entire postal service sucks. They want you to achieve goals that arent achieveable when ppl (your so called teammates) consistently call in because of seniority level. Based off my observations, after about 20 years then you can prerty much do WHATEVER you want. Hard work is NOT important. SENIORITY is all that matters.

Pros

Great hours and great co-workers. Process was simple to me and got in fairly soon after starting the hiring process. Management is great and opportunities for management is great.

Cons

All employees should start out as Career - Union is working on this and should get sick time and annual leave but only get annual. Should be able to save leave for when return from mandatory 5 day leave after 360 days
