Management seems to have forgotten how it is to start as a carrier. They live in their last few years as a carrier and use that against you. "I could've done (this) in (this amount of time)"

-No Benefits until you become "Career Employee" -Work 40+ Hours weekly, still aren't classified full time and therefor cannot apply for loans from bank other than auto finance -Inconsistent Schedule, often over worked and under appreciated -Union negotiates lower pay when work load increased -Vehicles are unsafe / outdated and executive management has procrastinated to replace them... breakdowns at least 3 times weekly. -Inconsistent workload and poor delegation tactics. -Lack of concern for non-career employees health / personal life -Federal Responsibility without being treated like a Government Employee
