Pros
Great pay the days you do work, fairly respectible place to work, as there is a lenghty screening process, as background checks, drug tests, etc.
Cons
mostly on call, I have 2 Saturdays a month "guaranteed", so it's sit around by your phone and wait to be called to work. Hard to find another job that will work around the on call schedule, making a living very hard now, hard to keep a car going when the days of work are so few, (Brakes, etc. etc. etc.) more than people think, it totally beats up a car!!!
