....if only Management would leave you alone and let you do your job, but they won't. Majority of management are liars and thugs; they manage solely by intimidation, threats and harassment. No reward for doing an excellent job, except more work piled upon you. Favoritism in treatment of employees is rampant. It could be an easy, very pleasant job, with inherent challenges of weather, road hazards, dogs, etc. a reasonable task. But - Management is determined to make it as miserable a place as possible to be, and they usually succeed. Constant negative input will invariably lead to negative results and an alienated workforce.

NO teamwork/communication between management, supervisors, carriers and clerks. Division between union and management, Employment based on seniority not no performance.
