Pros

If you stay long enough, you can earn up to 5wks. vacation and be able to hold onto some for the next year and so on. Health benefits and a thrift savings (like a 401k) that you can contribute to.

Cons

Upper management doesn't value its employees and what they have to offer. They also don't see their lower level employees as human being, just workhorses.
