Mismanagement. Mostly corporate calls that fall down onto local post offices. Just got my pay dropped and my route switched to an H route (6 days a week) so now my only off day is Sunday. Crappy equipment. The vehicles break down too often which hurts efficiency as you’re sitting around waiting for things to get fixed. Sometimes that takes days.

1: Trainers are impatient and try to rush through training modules. 2: trainers are rude and need to use better language during training. 3: Management is subpar at stations and does not adequately brief Carriers. 4: Supervisors expects all mails and packages to be delivered each day forgetting that folks work and may nit be home all day long. 5: Vehicles are not properly maintained and either may not start or have bad brakes. 6: Mails and packages are more than the vehicle can carry which result in a second trip to station to get the rest of the daily work load.
