Pros

It’s a job and a poor one at that!

Cons

Abusive, discriminatory and hostile management on a daily basis. Will not support you if injured on the job. When I resigned they charged me over $1K for “advanced PTO” even though I was out with a Doctors note stating I could not work because of boots on my feet. They classified me as skipping work even though I followed the contract. Additionally I was not paid back pay and wages increases per the NALC agreement. Do yourself a favor and go work for FEDEX or UPS. Anywhere but here!
