Pros

None, not a good place to work

Cons

I was looking for 1 -2 days per week position to suppliment my current income due to my sons unexpected surgery. They only have 5 day per week positions, you can leave early every day but MUST work 5 days per week No interview! Application submitted online, received an email stating if I was still interested in employment I had 48 hours to drive 30 miles from my home to submit fingerprints, complete paperwork, provide DL, SS card, birth certificate etc. I was called a couple weeks later informing me I had orientation the following week in a town that is an hour drive from home. I attended a multi-day orientation that was not as informative as it should have been as I left confused as to what my job duties would be, I was hired as a clerk so customer service position. Another unwritten rule, if you pass their bullying and impress the queen pin they may allow you to train for the clerk duties. I packed mail trucks with Amazon packages, empty semi- trucks full of parcels and mail, lots of heavy lifting. Easy duties like scanning bar codes on mail and sorting into correct route for delivery is for the 20+ year employees. Almost no training just have someone explain in 30 seconds or less what you are to do. Randomly grabbed off the warehouse floor and told to drive to a post office and work. Disperse all the mail for that facility. Training was having the manager stand over you telling you what to do kind of. Pay is around $20; I have a career position that pays well. I wanted to keep my current lifestyle and help my adult son with his surgery bill! I already work 5 days per week set days/times. I was informed they would not work around my other "job" and am required to check the schedule daily as it is subject to change. I asked to meet with the manager regarding the 5 day per week requirement. I explained there was no interview and my understanding of a Per-diem position meant I would be a fill in so minimal hours except during the holidays. This position was a complete waste of time for all involved, I resigned and did not give 2 weeks notice as I had already scheduled 3 weeks of a flexible schedule for my regular position and could not justify using any more paid time off for a position that ended up costing daily brigde tolls.
