Pros

Good pay and benefits. The job itself is fun and you get to work outdoors. Have the option to get overtime if desired. Meet nice people, good hours.

Cons

Poor management. They harass employees, treat good employees poorly, unorganized, and high stressed atmosphere. Micromanage, and never positive or uplifting. Very depressing atmosphere.
