Pros

There are no pros whatsoever.

Cons

Incompetent Managers/Supervisors, negative and toxic work environment, Pay is horrible, constant injuries, absolutely worst place I've ever worked in my life! Stay away if you value your sanity. You will work every weekend and never be appreciated. The union is a JOKE.

Pros

Can work on your own, close to home. Good pay for a high school graduate. Great benefits and insurance. Company match retirement.

Cons

You must use your own vehicle in most rural carrier jobs. Some routes are 80 to 90 miles long with some gravel roads.
