Pros

The job was very fast paced.

Cons

As an RCA, there was never a set work schedule. As an employee, you would constantly have to call to see if you were working the next day.

Pros

The pay is great and the other carriers can be really helpful sometimes

Cons

Supervisors and managers act like they're above everything. So much nitpicking and criticism. If you're slow, don't plan on staying too long because that's all they care about. Doesn't matter if you're new, it's the holidays, and you just moved to the city, you should know everything about the job in the first two weeks according to management.
